PTO & Holidays
PTO
PTO is accrued after 30 days. PTO is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked for those employed 1 year or less. PTO is accrued at a rate of 1.5 hours per 40 hours worked for those employed 1+ years.
Paid Holidays
After 2000 hours you will be PAID for 7 holidays, providing you are on an assignment the week of and week after the holiday (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after and Christmas Day).

HJG is pleased to offer our employees health, life and dental/vision coverage. Benefits are available to employees working a minimum of 30 hours a week after 60 days of employment.
Referral Bonus
HJG offers a referral gift to current employees who refer a candidate we are able to place for a minimum of 80 consecutive hours. Please notify us if you have referred someone.
